The company has joined the Friends of the Foundation programme to support the Foundation’s work improving respiratory health outcomes for the one in five Kiwis living with a respiratory condition.

Foundation Chief Executive Ms Letitia Harding says the partnership reflects the importance of collaboration across the respiratory health sector.

“Respiratory conditions affect one million Kiwis, and managing them often requires the right combination of treatment, technology, and education.”

We are delighted to have the support of Apex Medical, as their expertise in respiratory therapy and sleep-disordered breathing strongly supports our mission, Ms Harding says.

Apex Medical Chief Executive Mr Neale Gover says supporting the Foundation is closely aligned with the company’s purpose.

“We see firsthand the impact respiratory conditions can have on people’s daily lives, and we’re proud to support the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation NZ and the important work they do.”

The partnership reflects the company’s commitment to improving outcomes for people living with respiratory conditions, Mr Gover says.

“Through innovative respiratory and sleep therapy technologies, we’re focused on helping patients achieve better health and quality of life.

“The Foundation plays a vital role in education, advocacy, and research across New Zealand, and we’re pleased to support its work to ensure more people get the care and support they need.”

The partnership will support the Foundation’s ongoing work raising awareness of respiratory conditions and delivering education, advocacy, and research initiatives across Aotearoa.
