How We Can Help

  • Asthma Centre
    Open 9-12 Monday - Friday
    Come and visit our rooms, have a cuppa, browse through the range of resources we have, or just have a chat
  • Community Educator
    We provide practical advice on how to better manage your condition, including trigger identification, inhaler checks and treatment concerns. Home visits are available
  • Nebuliser Hire Service
    We have an extensive range of nebulisers available for both hire and sale, including portable pumps for travelling convenience. (A doctors letter is necessary to receive a pump)
    We also supply all necessary accessories
  • Allergen Protection
    A large variety of allergen protection bedding products are available for sale including vacuum filters and face masks

Other Activities

  • Community Exercise Programme
    Group exercise sessions held twice a week, led by a physiotherapist
    Feel free to drop in to these classes held at
    Fraser Building, Hanover Street (next to the hospital)

    Wednesday: 1.30 to 2.30pm
    Friday: 11.00 to 12.00
  • Chair aerobics exercise class in Mosgiel at the Abilities Resources centre in Green Street on Tuesdays 1-2pm.
